How do I receive the images?
I will create your client gallery right here on this site. It will be password protected and will allow you to purchase prints through the website or download the images for personal use.
Where are you based and do you travel?
I am located in Jacksonville Florida in the 32073 zip code. My travel up to 30 miles from my location is included in your price. Any travel more than 30 miles will be charged an additional 60 cents per mile. For travel involving overnight stays please contact me directly.
When will we get our photos?
You will receive an online gallery link with all your photos within maximum 6 weeks (sometimes less depending on the season I document your life). You can download all the photos from the gallery but also share them, choose your favorites, and also order prints!
Do you offer any discounts or payment plans?
Please contact me directly for any payment plans. As of right now, I don't currently offer any discounts, but that can change depending on the time of the year.
Does the retainer go towards the price of the session?
Yes, for example if you purchase a full family session for $500.00. You will pay the $75 retainer at booking and then pay the other $425.00 before your session.
When is my final payment due?
The amount left over after the retainer is paid is due 72 hours before your session date.
